Do you feel safe and secure with your job?

In todays economy with so many people losing jobs they held down for years, how safe do you feel with your present position? A friend of mine just lost her job after working for over 30 for a company. If you can't feel secure after working this long, how can you experience it after only a few years on a job? What is your opinion about this matter of serious concern to so many of us?

Hi friend,
As the global market crisis is putting a lot of impact in economic status of everybody, there is no security or safety of the job we do.Because the company would not pay his/her employees from his/her own pocket.So, maximum of companies decide to remove their employees without concerning their experience on the job and their effort towards the company.Its the most panic situation what a general employee feels in today’s world.But I think this problem would get solved in coming year as markets are going rapidly.
