how do you feel about horror films and the nightmares they produce?

i hate horror movies.i'm ok with movies like "saw" but supernatuarl movies i hate, they give me nightmares. when my sister is watching a horror movie i will occaisnoly take a peek, or hide behind a pillow. horror movies is the reason i won't even stay in the house by myself.
