Hello everyone.... Here in the Philippines, the Summer Capital of our Country is Baguio. This place is famous for its Banawe Rice Terraces (one of the great wonders of the world. Not only that, it is known too for its strawberry fields! Yummy and fresh strawberries and other food products to include strawberry jam and the like made out of strawberries were sold all over Baguio Market. And I really like to eat strawberries. Don't you know that strawberries can whiten your teeth? Oh yes that already been proven. So how about you do you like strawberries too? Good day to all!

Wow does strawberry really whitens our teeth? That's a nice fact you got there.
Maybe i will try strawberry flavored toothpaste sometime.
I went there last last month and visited the strawberry fields in Benguet. Strawberry jams of good Shepherd is very delicious!

Yes it can really whiten our teeth. This is a affordable and have a quick effect to whiten out teeth. You will need:
One ripe strawberry
1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon baking soda.
Directions:
1. Crush the strawberry to get its juice.
2. Mix it with baking soda until well blended.
3. Put the mixture on your toothbrush. Use is as you toothpaste.
4. Leave for 5-10 minutes. If you wanted best results leave for longer time.
5. Rinse and use dental floss to remove strawberry seeds in between your teeth.
You can apply this once a week.

i have tried the hydrogen peroxide and baking soda mixture but did not find that much result in whitening my teeth.

Oh really?! I did not know that strawberries has some effect of whitening our teeth, until you said it here. Nice info! I loved eating strawberries, those fresh one, or those that was processed into strawberry jam already. Yes I know Baguio, my Boyfriend lives there and when we have a vacation, I have seen many fresh strawberries being sold on the city market for a lower price compared to the price here in Manila. Love mixing them into creams, or whipped cream, and then you will placed the mix as some sort of deeps into your pancakes. Sweet and very delicious effect when combined. Recently, my boyfriend experimented on getting whole strawberries from strawberry jam, around 4 pcs placed it on a glass and then poured Sprite (if you know this soda in the Philippines).It instantly became strawberry flavored soda! It was so refreshing!

Hi there my_january. Yes try it and you can see visible whitening effects on your teeth. Why visit dentist for teeth whitening? You probably will spent more or less P30,000.00. Well in fact you can just enjoy eating fresh strawberries. There was also fresh strawberries sold at the mall. Strawberry jam was also evident in the mall but sold at a higher price compare to the strawberry jam products sold at Baguio City. Love strawberries! One time me and my friend visited a strawberry field and ate strawberries for lunch in the middle of the field! It is one of my unforgettable moment. I love anything that has strawberry flavor too! Ice cream, yogurt, smoothies, and any cold drinks. I am dreaming of making my own strawberry cake someday!

I like to eat strawberries. I went to a wedding and they had these little chocolate water falls and white chocolate waterfalls. You could put the strawberries under them and make it so it was a strawberry covered in that. It was wonderful to me I will never forget the taste of that.
