call center agents?

My daughter works for JCPenny Call Center and her pay is by no means high pay. Its a hard job dealing with customers who ask stupid questions or treat the employee rudely. I never knew how rude people can be on the phone. Like its the employee faught that they don't have the color, size that you need. The dumb questions that people ask. I can't believe that there are so many dumb people in this world. Its really scary. This was one call my daughter received not to long ago. I brought this item from the store and paid for it at the store why did I get a bill for it. My daughter asked did you use a credit card or debit card. I used my JC Penney card. OK duh! You pay with a JCPenney card your bill comes in and you pay for it. Is that not dumb. I could go on but you wouldn't believe the stupidity that my daughters and her co-workers have to deal with. They don't get paid enought for what they deal with at all.

call center agents seems to be earnign a lot than other employees but the sacrifice is very much compared to other jobs. Basically call center agents should choose to celebrate Christmas or New Year with theri family. They can't have both because they are working. Some unlucky ones have not been spending Christmas, New Year and other family occasions because of the demands of a call center job. This are the consequences they get for having a high paying job.
