is there any accident by watching cartoon? like child try to fly etc?

I remember an incident quite a few years back when a child who had been watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles decided to dress up as his favourite and recreate a scene where the turtle jumped through a glass door. Unfortunately the child was seriously injured when he tried this and there was a bit of press coverage over whether or not certain cartoons were acceptable for young children due to the nature of some of the action/ violance.
