Are you going? Where are you going? Why are you going there?
Me and my husband are going to the beach this year, this is where we got married last year, and we have gone 2 years in a row. I am a big beach bum I love the ocean! I love the atmosphere and to walk the beach at night.

I have already been on vacation this year. My husband and I went to Latvia and Lithuania some weeks ago, and we had a really good time there. We didn't have a lot of money to spend on the tickets, so to chose to go by train and bus instead of flying. It took about 30 hours to get from Denmark to Lithuania, and it was hard to spend so many hours in a bus, but it was definatly worth it.
In Lithuania we visited Vilnius and Kaunas, and there were many beautiful and interesting buildings. We also enjoyed the local food very much. After 4 days in Vilnius we went to Riga. That was also a very interesting place and we did a lot of sightseeing. One day we visisted a small town called Sigulda, and that was a very beautiful place.

That sounds like a great trip, and that you guys had fun! I think the train ride would be fun, its different than a plane, and more relaxing for me, I think! Thanks for commenting!

I already had my vacation this year in January. I took my toddler son to South Africa for some winter sunshine. It was summer there at that time of the year. We explored Cape Town and the Garden Route. It was amazing to see Cape Mountain and the beautiful beaches like Camp Cove. I adored seeing the penguins and we went on a safari for a few hours. I am currently saving up to go to Canada next summer.
I hope that you will have a lovely time with your husband at the beach.

I have been on vacation. In June I went for two weeks...to Watertown SoDak. to the Terry Redlin gallery.....and a road trip with my sister. I also went to Wisconsin for a few days with my best friend and a few days were spent with my sister in Mpls. Mn. The first week of July I spent in New York. I got to see Niagara Falls, and the Andirondack mountains......and a few other places. I do like the beach too so hope you have tons of fun!

I would love to take a vacation this year but unfortunately, my budgets are tight and i cant afford any vacation or even shopping... i dont know when my finances will improve but i hope it will soon......and then i can go for a real great holiday.. as for u..enjoy yrselves

Yeah alot of people are having tight budgets this year, We are going to the beach as each others christmas presents. There isnt anything that we want and we would both enjoy this more, and we are excited to take our son to the beach for the first time. Thanks for commenting!

NO sadly....I have my exams and projects this year so cant go anywhere....i usually go on a vacation every year but this year it's not possible....i really dont like beaches ....my love is for the mountains ....the ups and downs of the roads ....the sunrise and the sunset ....the ice caped mountains....i just love it....anyway i need a break from this boring ambiance of my city

That sucks that you dont get to go! Everyone needs to get away from time to time. I love the mountains but that is where I live so I love to get away to another atmosphere. Flat land is so strange to me sometimes! Im not used to it.
