THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION defines health as this. I think that is the most apt definition
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
The correct bibliographic citation for the definition is:
Preamble to the Constitution of the World Health Organization as adopted by the International Health Conference, New York, 19-22 June, 1946; signed on 22 July 1946 by the representatives of 61 States (Official Records of the World Health Organization, no. 2, p. 100) and entered into force on 7 April 1948.
The Definition has not been amended since 1948.

I think in order to have a good health, we have to have balanced diet in each meal, at least 3 times a day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other than that, exercising regularly is very important too, it can helps us to build a good imune system and make muscle in our body. I think these two things are the basic for gaining a good health.

We can health from to viewpoints. first is physically and second is spiritually. Of course I believe we all know the term 'health' physically. It means you don't get sick, no disease, no wound, nothing bad happens to your physical body. But spiritually healthy is a different thing. One thing for sure is you're not crazy in your mind of course. Healthy in spiritual means you're growing to be more and more like your Creator which is God himself.
