Hello,
I've written about asking for best ways to lose weight. And I've been some what successful (with proper dieting & Exercise).
Now I have a new one:
About a decade ago, I had an accident that injured my knee. I never sort help or had a doctor look at my knee. I just ignored it, and heeled it w/a brace and ice.
Now that I've become more active, my knee injury came back to haunt me.
Since the pain has become unbearable, I went to see a doctor and found out that I have a "meniscus tear".
I have to see an orthopedic doctor in the upcoming months and there's a chance I may/may not need surgery.
But here's my question:
Since lately my knee has been bothering me, it's leaving me unable to walk at times. I have had a cortisone shot put in, but didn't ease the pain. Now I'm using a cane to help take off the weight of my good leg.
Since walking has been an issue, is there any way I can lose weight without hurting my knee?
Keep in mind, it locks on a daily basics leaving me unable to walk at all.
I thank you all for your time and look forward to hearing your advice.
Thanks,
Giggles
