Do you feel tense anxious or restless at times?
Here are a few things you might try to relieve the stress.
Try clearing your mind. Find a place that way from the ways and distractions close your eyes and focus on the thought that you find peaceful; or imagine a beautiful tranquil setting.
Attempt to remember in as much detail as you can the finest moment of your most recent vacation. Or you can try to listen to the sound of your breath as you breathe in and out.
Alternately you can try listening to slow instrumental music or merely take 30 minutes to daydream.
Try some stretching exercises to loosen up those tense muscles.
Progressive relaxation is a technique many people use to control their stress. Simply sit in a chair or lie on the floor with your arms at your sides and close your eyes. Now tense up and then relax each muscle in your body beginning with your tones and working your way up slowly to your head. If you want to use this exercise tothis exercise to help your your self fall asleep simply lie in bed and perform it there.

I think everyone has stress. Life is not always a bag of potato chips that is always good. You have to learn to make sacrifices and live with what you got in life.
I think stress right now comes from not having a full time job and just trying everyday to find a job online and it isn't easy but we all struggle with something in your life. A full time job for me is staying home and cleaning up around the house and doing the laundry and then coming on the internet to try to find a way to make some type of money for the day. I don't believe i am the only one with this stress, but i keep living life and trying to do things good with out a job.
