Will you share your personal information with anyone

Just curious, how careful you are while sharing your personal information on net, whether it is email address, your name, your likes or dislikes, or any other information which is kind of personal. I guess we normally share our email address on various sites, but some of them require your address and phone numbers so how you decide to give it or not. Please share.

If the site seems authentic and if you want to join, then you will have to if you are asked to give. Not to anybody at random.

Yes your are right, but still I will suggest you not to give even your mail address to anyone just like that, or else you will only have spams

yes anyone treat me as a friend in net . i will give my all contact details to them and make good relation with them . i m not fear about them . First i will chat and know about their character

This is also a right approach for sharing the information, but I am sure that you are ensuring before giving the information that the person on other side is genuine and will not misuse your information. Thanks for sharing.

I share my email address if it needs to sign up with the sites. I have one email only for signing up things^^,, If it's my name, sometimes I use my nickname only,,lol,, and I never share my telephone number, usually i give them fake numbers..and my address, I only write my city or country on. It's not safe sharing too much personal info.. it can be use for anything, who can guarantee it's safe or not? but I will share it to certain sites like paypal because I need it^^,,

Agree with you , this is the right way , you can share you email address but not the personal one and some details like country or city is fine. Thanks for sharing your views.

Yes your are perfectly right, this is good approach, as there are many scams going around internet and such people can misuse your personal information.

i give phone, address but with different name of course.... i have been use my real name but i realize not to use it anymore coz i find it in some browser.... that's i am now very careful and very wise to observe by giving my personal information.

Yes you are right, but I personally don't give any information other than my name and email address. That also on the sites I trust, for others if I am trying it for first time I give my alternate mail id which I use it for research purpose of any kind.
