Hi imanharyanto,
There is pro and con to remove battery from your laptop. By removing it, your battery can last longer. But its also have their disadvantage. This is especially during blackout. All your work will not saved. It may also damage your computer if the adapter watt volume and battery volume didn't same.
Think carefully before you do it. Check everything first.
Good luck and have a nice day.

Hi Iman. There is no problem in removing the battery of your laptop. There is a friend of mine, who is a computer expert, and keeps on telling me that,' use the computer in such a way, that it feels scared from you,and not the other way.Use it in every possible way to make it your technological slave.Don't worry. If you are not confident, seek advice from a computer expert or better still,I suggest to you,men always learn from trial and error.Keep Lotting.
