Hello All,
How to reduce weight?
Now I am 78kg. I want to reduce to 65.My height is 5 feet 11 inches. Due to this overweight body many problem do occur in my day to day life. such as getting tired very fast and many more... Which type of food and its timings I want to know?

it is good to eat foods like
oatmeal
nuts
fruit
veggies
they are low fat, low calorie and packed with energy

hi i also have the same height and 70kg. i suggest you should run and have more proteins instead of fat.avoid oily food and have protein rich diet for the energy to run and exercise.if u think there is some other problem than consult a doctor and prepare a diet chart.

I would say that balanced diet is the most important thing to reduce weight.Also drinking slightly warm water will certainly help.To this add a fixed duration of of exercise will definitely bring back in shape.
