I am currently on my 3rd pregnancy and the methods I used for getting good sleep has not worked for this pregnancy. With 2 other kids it is hard to get to sleep at a decent hour, especially with this being the summer time and the older one is out of school.
Does anyone have any good sleeping tips for pregnant women with older children?

I dont. When I was pregnant I had heartburn so bad I had to sleep sitting up. I remeber those days. id ont envy you. I think you really have to want to sleep. Maybe you could ask your doctor about melatonin. It is a sleep supplement that I take that really helped me out. I still take it because it is something that really helps me sleep and is a naturally occuring substance in the body.
