What is your favorite home-made meal?

Enchiladas with red rice and beans. I like the chicken ones the best although cheese ones are awesome too. They melty cheese ones and the panela ones mixed with olives and onions mmmmm.. I'm getting hungry just thinking about them. Oh, and the beans absolutely CANNOT be canned, and make sure to mash them with lots of lard. YUM.

I remember some of the things that my mom made all the time when I was a kid. Those are still some of my favorites and I really enjoy them when I have them still. I think my all time favorite is hamburger casserole. It is really simple too. All you do is layer sliced potatoes, sliced carrots, sliced onions, and some raw crumbled ground beef in a dish. I normally make 2 layers of each. Then top with a can of cream of mushroom soup, cover and bake for about an hour. Take the foil off during the last 15 minutes or so. YUM! I think I might make that tomorrow night now.

My favorite home-made meal would have to be spagetti and meatballs with garlic bread and a salad. The reason its so memorable is because we use to have it once a week and it was my favorite meal that I looked forward to. There were other meals that I was not fond of and we had to eat every bit of food that was on our plate. So spagetti day was a great day for me.

my favorite home made meal is macronni and chesse i don't think many people can cook it the way my mom does. its really good! and when you eat it chesse comes with it, its stringy. and my i tried my auntie's and it was nasty and i tried kfc not as good. then i tried a few other places not as good but still eat able i also like home made corn bread and chicken yum.

Homemade Fruit Pie. Im not sure who came up with this idea, but this pie has a great taste, very sweet with all the favorite ingredients. It taste like custard pie, but added with fruit mix inside. I think I can go for days eating that stuff...I love it when you just come home to a bake pie that takes over the place with the aroma.
