Can a person really earn a decent amount of money online? Is there really money to be made by clicking, posting, commenting, blogging and surveying? I've been unemployed for 2 months due to the business I worked for shutting down, we got no servance packages, no parting gifts not even an I'm sorry or a good luck. I am lucky to be drawing unemployment although its no where near what i was use to bringing home. Becoming frustrated with the lack of employment opportunities in my local area and/or field I've recently been considering going back to school (although money posses an issue there as well) So I turned to the internet! I joined mylot partly to make money and also outta curiosity as well as the need to have something to do during the day besides laundry. I've also looked in to a few other sites but I'm fearful of scams. Don't understand the clicking to make money thing and very interesting in blogging just not sure how you make money at it. I'm not looking to get rich quick! Just looking to make a decent amount of money online and even willing to put time and effort into it. Any suggestions or ideas would be helpful. Also any mylot pointers would be useful as well as I'm new here and still unsure of how everything works.

I am also curious about this. I have heard several people say that they make decent money from websites, but most people say that they just make enough to put a little extra food on the table. I think that most people just earn a couple of bucks, and I am very wary of people that say they earn several thousand dollars, because I'm not sure I would want to do whatever they are doing to make that much money (if they really DO earn that much!). Overall, I think the money can add up, but it takes a lot of time and effort and you won't see immediate results.
