What are the Best cookware sets ?

My daughter is moving in her new apartment and of course she need great cookware. Good cookware sets are very hard to find. I want to get a quailty set that will last a long time. I want it to be dishwasher safe and easy to clean. The handles must not get hot while cooking and be sturdy and hopefully last a while. I thought I would check ebay and other places.

but T Fal. It can get expensive but it is hard to ruin and cooks great. Do not buy her any cast iron. It is wonderful but it requires lots of care and most people in their first homes are just not able to keep up with it.
