Onlinekyash back?

Well, a few weeks ago onlinekyash's website is back, and then they go down again without any notice. I just went to 'visit' them and guess what? their website is back again. their banner in my profile also reappear, so i guess they are back again. I am not sure how stable are they, but they did paid me once after 3 days of joining. Meaning i got referrals and got to the minimum cash out of 20 cents on the day i joined, and requested cash out, 3 days later they pay me. So i think they are a good site, but they are quite unstable, what are your opinions about them?

To me, they are a big fat scam. They claimed that they couldn't pay the users who requested payments recently during those few days because they happened to switch servers and they couldn't get the payments to show up because they made a mistake. They are complete liars who try to get away with paying some of its users. I know they kept those payments somewhere, they can't fool me. Sure, some of you guys got paid the 1st or 2nd time but you probably won't see another payment after that. Plus, their website goes down frequently and you never know when it's going to come back up and they are using a free script which makes it easy for their website to get hacked. They get a big fat F in my book.
