Are you a man who finds it enjoyable to cook for your family?

For a few months, I have found it enjoyable to cook for my wife. Since, we have different time schedules for work, often times I am assigned to do breakfast and lunch. Before I do it out of the need, but now I find it more and more interesting. I am by no means "a chef" or an expert, just your average "Joe" or "Juan" as in our case, but I try to make it as delicious as I can. Of course, it depends on our budget what kind of food I prepare but nevertheless I want to make it as creative as possible. How about you guys out there?
