BK and Back Taxes

I need to declare a BK and figure out how i'm gonna pay my school loans and back taxes. I've taken a big hit on Salary since I had my kid and now I can't get back into the financial program.
No, I don't think earning .3 cents a day on My Lot is going to make me rich. I also don't want to spend hours doing surveys to make a little cash.
I want advice on how to talk to the IRS and make payment arrangements on student loans so I can actually afford to pay rent...

That is what I would do. You should talk to the IRS and for student loan you can ask to defer you loan till you get a job. There are many unemployed now, if you talk with the IRS they will happy to work it out with you or put you on defer. Just call the IRS and thell them about your situation, your earning and expense. Make a spread sheet on income/expense and tell how much you think you can afford to pay.
