Good day, my dear friends,
My neck is killing me. It hurts so much when i sit in front of the computer for a while. It doesn't do that 2 years ago. I think because i used to sit in front of the computer for too long and don't move at all. That's why it hurts now.
Does your neck hurts? Do you have some good way to stop that? Thank you for sharing!

Yes, my neck feel hurts too whenever I sit for a long time, Not only my neck but also my backbone and my waist too.. Ussually my neck feel hurts if I've already sit playing piano for 2 hours or in front of computer for 4 hours more.. it hurts too when I feel very tired. I usually recognize it as a sign from my body to go sleeping
Really, after sleep it will be better. Maybe you can use chair where you can rest your neck or move every 1 hour to get a drink or some food, thus at least you make any movement instead of siting like a statue.

i sit in front of the computer for 10 hours one day,20 days a mouth,my neck isn't painful, because i have study and work by computer for nine years, my mom often said i don't bend my body too seriously, otherwise, i will become an old man with a hump, i am so afraid and sit in correct(laugh), then you might relax body yourself wihle you are playing computer, so it doesn't hurt your neck.

Only if I spend an excessive amount of hours in front of the computer and usually it is when I am under a lot of pressure to get something done. Otherwise I normally have a sore back when I am on the computer for long amounts of time. I suggest that you take breaks and perform stretching exercises for your neck and shoulders to reduce the pain.

hi, vivian,i'm a office worker at past five year,on the working day, i always spend nearly eight hour in the front of the computer, during this long times, my neck and shoulder are painful,i will do some easy exercise to avoid it,such as walking around the office for five minuter, and tap the neck for several times, that's all, nowadays, more and more people have this problem. good luck and have a nice day.

My neck usually dont hurts. But my back pains a lot. We must have our eye positioned 30 degree downwards or upwards, towards the computer screen. This will normally reduces the strain in our neck. Give it out a try. Cheers. Happy lotting.

Yes, that does happen to me, especially when I slump over. Try sitting up a little straighter, and move your computer monitor or laptop up - put something under it so that it's at a more comfy postion for you. Your shoulders should be able to relax when you sit with your hands on the keyboard. If they strain in any way, that's probably where your pain is coming from.
