Well in the UK the cost of hiring a skip has increased dramatically due to the government putting a land fill tax on all refuse dumped at municipal amenity sites as rubbish dumps are now called here.
So if the skip firm has to pay extra - the client has to pay extra.

There are at least 2 places there where a small alteration could have inserted "SHC" You could add something like "... however,it is still possible to find low skip hire costs if you shop on line." (Or similar)3 in one paragraph!

You're talking about keyword insertions. Best thing is go on the net and look at home pages - they're usually crammed with keywords.I had a tight deadline to reach last night, where I had to write keyword rich articles about furniture.
The skill is, in being familiar enough with sentence construction to build an article that reads well. When I did holiday destinations, I had the keyword phrase "Rio Cheap Flights" (plus others) So one sentence read: "when people book Rio cheap flights, they're looking for ..." Another would be "Tourists looking for Rio cheap flights get the best deals in ..." etc
One of yours could start: "skip hire costs vary according to ..." with a follow up as to skip sizes etc. Skip hire costs - how are they costed out? That's what you have to think about, meaning 1/4 - 1/3 of your allocated time will be spent researching.
Trick is, make sentences using up all your keywords first, then build paragraphs around them. Adjust your final word count at the end.
