Do you guys really give to beggar. If yes, how much will you pay and how often you pay to them. Really curious to know. Let me see how people remember the poor and needy. Share your experiences. God bless you.

Here in our place mendicants are everywhere asking for alms. Some of them are really pitiful, others are not. Though it's good to reach out to them by offering food or some goods, there are some of them who would not accept these things and would demand to have our money instead.

I generally give. For this very reason I keep loose change in fact. But if I see a very needy who seems to be very hungry, I get them a meal of their choice. After all you live only once.

I'm a generous person and I don't think twice when others need it badly. I usually give to beggars, especially when they're too old to work, or too young to beg. I pity those people. When I have money, I give them enough to buy some food or drinks. I would love to see them satisfy their hunger.

Hi Phillip.I do pay the needy and help them to recuperate from their condition at times.I must, though not fail to mention here, that, there are many healthy people, who are perfectly fit to carry on any job, yet, they do move around, asking for alms.I detest such men.If you ever visit, the railway station in cuttack, you will understand, what I mean completely.I do help all those persons, who have lost any body part or suffer from any serious physical disorder.I feel solace,in their smiles of happiness and feel like shedding, happy tears myself.God bless you.

I always adhere to the saying that "it is in giving that we receive". I love to give rather than to receive. When I give, I am happy and I feel that I could share my blessings. I always give to the beggars I often see on the streets. But I couldn't give them much since I am not rich, and at this time, I don't have a stable job yet. But when I have some money, I give it to my parents to help with the finances at home. At times too, I give some money to friends who are in great need. Some say I will never get rich because I always give. But I am happy doing it. I do not care if I don't get rich, so long as I am happy. There is a profound joy experienced from within if one practices the virtue of giving. Happy mylotting!

I take the lines 'share my blessings'. Really nice to read that and personally to say you that it is written "Give and it shall be given unto you" in the Bible. So we wont go smaller/poorer but richer in giving. Thanks for sharing. God bless.
