I don't know about any other site that just make pennies, but there is a site that I use to make money called prize live and all countries are welcome they pay by paypal or check. If you have a paypal account then when you get to the min for paypal which is just $1.00 you can get your money instantly. I have been paid by them many times so I know they are not a scam.
