Diet...can you share your diet on how to loose weight?

Friends,
I started gaining weight last year and i can't control it.I am trying to lost some weight coz it makes me feel so heavy to move.(i feel so heavy becoz i am not used to my weight now)
Can anyone share their ways of trimming down,or any special diet,exercise...any suggestion pls

It is simple my friend if you would just determine to do it...I think you must in love again to make it fast and possible...Yes I am not kidding because that was me before...but you can do it still though you're not yet in love again. As what I had said if you have determination you can do it.
Basic is. Reduce your carbohydrates intake, one cup is enough every meal. Not too much of pastries, any sweets and too much salty foods.
Exercise regularly. If jogging is allowed by your doctor that's the fast method of reducing but you never ever sleep after a jogging. You can only take a nap after lunch time. Forget all soft drinks and take more on fruits and vegetables rather than meat and fatty foods.
Regular exercise 30 to one hour a day that would be fine... if you can do that I am sure two months from now you'll be more sexier...and if that happen, don't let your ex see you again never...and you know why...good luck miss sexy lady

Hello Martin,
Perfect suggestion,but to whom?can i just grab the first guy i will saw when i go outside my door?hahahaha
Man,you know it very well,as we get older our metabolism get's slow,so it's one reason.
I am not eating much,and yes i will be going into serious exercise daily like jogging when this weather get's better.But i can do some indoor exercise.
I will post my before and after picture...maybe in two months time...wahahaha...i hope i can make it

i worked out daily
i would eat cereal/oatmeal for breakfast
a turkey sandwich for lunch
any meal of my choice as long as it invovled veggies
then i would eat a dessert of less than 150 calories.

Hello thenaturaldiva,
I guess you had a good body or sexy one,becoz your diet is very healthy ones,like oatmeal,veggies,and just sandwiches,plus...you had been doing worked out everyday.
I would surely starting doing exercises now.

Hell freind
even i gained a lot of weigh past one year ,but from last one month iam very strict about my diet .Ihave left taking oil and sugar completely and reduced 5 kgs in a month,i think u sdhulh also try this.It is really effective.

Sugar and oil...ok i will take your advice dear.Oh,i wish i can lose 5 kgs in a month too,i will be very much happy then.I only need to lose 15 kgs from my usual weight.

Yes this is one good way,eating half reduced from my usual meal.I am doing this now dear,let's just see what will happen after 2 months.hehehehe

Hello cwong,
A lactating mom usually get's thinner,as i do also.Only that,last year when we stayed for that 2 months vacation with my mom,oh,i was being assigned as the chef cook...you can figure what happens next =)
I'm started losing some weights now.

Hehehehe... I also gain wieght after my back operation due to vehicular accident..before im just 52kg coz im engaged in sports ... but after my OPN... i gain too much 83kg... and i have too many probs coz hard to adjust on it.. specially need some budgets to buy new clothes.....so i start to discipline my self in normal diet... less cold drinks. less sweets, less carbohydrates intake, less foods that more on cholesterol....and do some exercises.....just you need to balance your diet....eat fruits, vegetable ,fish, meat once in a week.....i drink lots of slimming tea before but not help me much i just feel terrible......
If Your serious to trim down.. fuccos on it and balance your diet..
im slowly go back to my previous wieght now im 57kg.

Hello Marie,
Ok dear,i will wait you sometime so we can talk a lot about these things.
Anyway,i am starting losing some weight now (inspired )hmnn..
And also due to some sickness for days,i lost some food appetite and it helps me lose some fats...hehehe
