Hi,
Sometimes this has happened to me also. Sometimes ant or mosquito enter into our ears and we feel very scared and restless at that time. But nothing happened to my ears. These creatures came out without any hurt to my ears.

I remember it well with a ant because that was a terrifying experience but I am not sure if I have had mosquitoes in my ear. If i remember that faintly, I think it was a little funny and scary at the same time because it tried to flap it's wings in my ears and it gave a very weird tingly and irritating experience at the same, although in both cases I was very much afraid if they could somehow reach the ear drum and damage it, I cannot imagine how much painful would that be.

How will I react if this happens to me???? It happened to me last night about 2am. I screamed, I hopped around, tried to make the awful noise stop. I did not know what was happening to me.
I poked the area around the ear opening, got a q-tip, poked and prodded, inside and pressed around the outside of the ear. Tried to pour water into my ear to wash out whatever was causing the incredible excruciating pain. Finally one of the times I took the q-tip out of my ear I saw a little tiny ant on the soft cottony part walking along.
Needless to say I squished it and looked at it and wondered where on earth it came from and why it was so painful. I still wonder why there was that squishy underwater sound?

Goodness, that was a real rough experience.
I am sure that sound is scary when it does it's thing inside the ear. It's pretty painful too, it makes anyone panic and I guess if we start intruding with sharp objects we actually irritate the ant more and it might make it bite more. It might be better for us to use cotton buds as it covers more area, the ant might actually stick to a wet cotton bud and be removed easily. Boy, it's quite scary to have an ant running inside you head, I am sure an elephant is bothered the same way that is why they say even elephants are afraid of ants.
By the way friend, I hope you come back soon to mylot as I see you have just put up one post.
