I will make $30 this month from myLot!

This is my promise! I have decided to involve in myLot discussions more than before from the new month (August). I am not happy with my earning so far. I had joined myLot when I could know from one of my friends that he was earning good money from myLot. He told me that I could earn like him from myLot if I wanted. But I can see my earning is very low compared to my friend.
I am earning only a few cents everyday whereas my friend is earning nearly 1 dollar! What a difference! So, I have changed my mind. From the new month, I will make at least $1 from myLot everyday so that my earning reaches at least $30 at the end of the month.
What do you think? Is it possible? Or it will remain a dream?

A DOLLAR?!?!?!?! I have only been on for about a week and I am averaging about .06 a day- peak days being .09 and low days being a nickel. I honestly wouldn't know and can't dream of how to get a full dollar in one day. How many comments would that take? or would that be a combination of comments/starting new discussions?

Try doing longer responses. the longer your responses the more money you will make to. i've noticed as well that when I just do 2 or three its up like .60 cents and those were long responses. hope that helps

Most of my comments are about as long as the ^that one if not longer. I have read around here that 3-4 lines is the best for getting the better amount of cash. Honestly I haven't really been here to judge completely for myself what is optimal, but I try to keep them about this long!

I have tried seeing what will make me more money. I tried posting 20 responses a day. But my earnings went down. So then, I decided I would make sure they were at least 5 lines long. My earnings didn't even make what I had made the previous day! Then I tried doing 8 lines, same thing. Now I don't know what to do. I think my next goal will just be to think up a ton of questions, good and valid ones though to start a discussion, and then post them. I think up tons of weird and random questions, so I might as well ask them here on mylot.

I wish you all the best in achieving your target :D I only manage to earn about 0.04 cents per day, maybe that is because my rank is low because when i just join and don't know all the rules, i broke the ToS by posting referral links, that got me being de-ranked by a lot of people. Mehh, but i learned my lesson and is now enjoying mylot. Hope you rank will slowly gets back on shape and encourage me to stay on. Happy mylotting friend :D

i am quite new to mylot so i am not really sure how do i get the star. But normally you will get it after your 100th post. It's just how mylotters rate you by the '+' and '-' icon located at the bottom right of your post. the higher your rank, the more you earn per post i guess [: hope i did help you ;D happy mylotting.

I do have a question. Why do some people have the star, and others (like myself) don't. What does it mean? I ask because I have seen people with over 1,000 posts with no star and then I've seen people in the three digits with stars.

I have been here on mylot for about 3 months now. I have not reached the $10.00 payout yet but I hope that by the end of August I do. I am over half way there so if I comment on more discussion maybe I will reach my goal. Well good luck with your goal.

I don't know it is possible to earn that without some referrals I think it needs hardwork to be able to earn that in a month. I been here for 4 months when I got my first payout here. I observed that the longer the responses I made my earnings getting higher unlike before. If only I can earn $50 in a month but sad to say I can't. I need to improve my English so I can responds better to every posts here. I'm envy for those who can write or post a good English because I had a hard time thinking and I watch my grammar very often.

If you try hard enough, it is not a big thing.
I will also give you one good idea. Keep responding to all my discussions, your earning will easily cross $30.

Good for you! I'm here just for the fun though, so I'm not really getting worked up for the cents. I admit I really was at first curious on how to make much, but I figured, it really would take time for me.

it's possible,,I achieve it..although not 1 per day but near..try to manage your time and jump in every discussion that you think you can respond to. Sometimes the respond will pop instantly once you go to typing response page.. and be sure you make a good response. Maybe you can start by make 15 posts in the morning after you wake up, 15 posts in the afternoon after lunch and 15 posts before you go to sleep

First of all I appreciate you in making your mind that you are going to earn $30 but I am curious to know how many dicussions I need to make if I want to $30 any idea approximately how many dicussions I need to respond if I want to make $1 in a day?..

Wow! that was a nice goal. I am just new here. I just signed up yesterday and i only have cents earned. My daughter said you will really earned a lot here if you just work hard. After reading your discussion, i might also set a goal for myself. Although i am not sure how earnings work here yet. I will ask tip from daughter. For now i am just exploring the site. Maybe if i familiarize the site i might learn how things work. Good luck for your goal!

I personally have not been able to make $30 in a month, not even with referrals.
But I'm not saying it's not possible.
I just don't post as much as I used to so I'm trying to post more
and see how much I make now with referrals.

It won`t be a dream. It is possible but you have spend a lot of time here and I don know whether it is worth that. If you enjoy and do things that won`t be a problem. But if you think it as a job and do it, its not worth that much. I enjoy here and respond to discussion. Will respond to some ten discussion and hardly care about the earnings. So make sure you have the right approach and then start participating much. Happy mylotting.

Wow, how I wish I could do that as well. An additional $30 a month would already pay my monthly water bill.It would help my family's budget a bit. Hope some one here who earns that much can share their secrets:). I think a dollar a day would mean a hundred posts a day.

Yes, it is possible if you post about 100 comments/discussions everyday...Or if you cannot do that, you can accept and do some tasks to help you increase your earnings. Good luck!

That is a very good goal. I think that everyone needs a goal in their life and why not be on mylot. I am fairly new to mylot and have tried different site as well and really hasn't done much good. I would like to say that I have done ok with this site. I try to post to different discussions everyday. I work hard on those that say 'no response". I feel that they are the ones that need the most attention. Good luck and I wish the best. I think I will set myself a goal too.

I think it's definitely possible if you put your mind (and time!) to it. The first day I joined, I earned about 83 cents. Not nearly a dollar but almost! So I knew that it's definitely possible to earn a lot on here if you put a lot of heart and time into what you post and how much you post. Since I'm still fairly new, I'm also setting myself a goal of reaching at least $20 this month! So I'm crossing my fingers! Good luck to you too! :D Have fun myLotting!
