I find it amazing when people always complain about being broke. They always complain about money, not having enough for their bills, and get mad about their current situations. Yet with all these complaints they manage to get new tattoos, new clothes, and go to the movies about twice a week. I think people need to learn how to manage their money a little better before they complain about being broke. Isnt this just ridiculous?

Oh yes i know exactly where you are coming from i know a lot of people like that and yes dont they think they are hard done by as well. You hear certain people all the time saying they are behind with their bills and that they are just going to town to get the latest electrical item as its only a certain amount of money, then you hear them saying that they are going out 5 times a week yet the next mouth full is that they have no money and they owe even more money some where else.Yes it is ridiculous i totally agree.

I have met a lot of people who do that. They keep on complaining that they don't have money when in fact they can buy a lot of unnecessary stuff. instead of thanking the blessings, they keep on complaining how broke they are. I also find it ridiculous.

I'm guessing someone you know has done just that. But you're right. It's all about priorities. Got to get them all straight.
Two words "permanently' and "broke" can be attached to me but that's just a state of affairs I find myself in. Don't go out and goodness knows when I brought myself something. Hard enough trying to get new shoes for the kids. But we get there.

I don't know why so many people spend money like crazy! They don't even think twice of buying that thing that they want and when they got it, they seldom ever use 'em. So futile and meaningless things like pop corn maker are just scam! And people think that they need 'em when they see them.
I like a lot of saving money and even more if I can make like 20 euros or so extra money by selling things or doing some work for it on free time.
Otherwise, I live only with study supporting money and housing benefit and it is more than enough for me.

I agree, I guess people are born with that type of characteristic which i find ridiculous. Those people only thinks about money, and will never have a good future. I mean because they use their money for nothing, pity for those people.

I agree wholeheartedly! I am so tired of hearing people complain about being broke when they have so much more than I do. I work with a woman who complains about it all the time, yet she lives in a very expensive home, goes on two vacations a year, owns rental property, and both she and her spouse have very good incomes. It is so very annoying when I am counting change so I can try to get something to eat or put gas in my car, and she is complaining about being broke. I just want to point out to her that she really doesn't know what broke is. I think that many people define broke as not being able to buy a new car this week, or go shopping for new clothes. To me, broke is trying to make the last roll of toilet paper last until payday because there is no more change to count.

I completely agrre with you. I do a lot of change counting myself, because sometimes you just cant stretch a paycheck enough. People try so hard to put food on the table and a roof over their heads and I just hate to see people throw their money away on garbage and then complain about being broke. It truly aggravates me.

Yup, I'm amaazed too. A friend was telling us about his son (in his late 20s - early 30s). The son was earning rather well; but he told his dad that he had money problems. And you know what - the young man has a grand lifestyle - drives a luxury car, owns an apartment and goes out clubbing almost 3-4 times a week. And he needs a loan from his poor ole dad, who's already retired, and living on his own savings!

It's nuts when people do this. People have so many other obligations and just blow through their money on worthless things. It's not too hard to exercise some self-control and save some of your money. I think money management is an important thing for people to learn in life. The quicker people learn how to manage money, the better off they will be. It makes such a big difference. I'm in college and don't have a lot of money so I'm having to learn how to handle money. I feel like its okay for me to go to the movies every once in a while. Going twice a week is a little too much though. Treating yourself sometimes is okay but not very often.

it is really funny knowing that people have many important obligations to settle yet they are able to spend their money on things which are not that important..knowing that they get happy spending on it but not knowing that, that happiness will just and certainly be just for a small span of time not just on settling all those obligations..especially if a person has vices, i think, vices would be their primarily expenses which is not good..well, it is on the hands of those spender if they will spend their money wisely, in order for them not to regret them one day (not be able to save because of it)..
