Ok, so why is it that some people are just big jerks? So i recently got prompted, and im working more closely wih someone that at one point was higher than me. So of course this is a new position that ive never done before, and i was under the impression that she understood that. Well I dont know why, but we've been clashing alot lately. I dont know what her problem is, I think it might be that she's intimidated by me maybe? But it seems like the better I do, the meaner she is to me , especially when i make a miskate. For example, we work as quality assurance and we were monitoring agents side by side. Well, she didnt pay attention when was monitoring, and actually ended up walkin away from the agent before the agent finished the call, and the agent ended up getting a zero. The reason for the side by side was to prevent that exactly. Well i told her whatever, I dont care just dont sent out the grade and no one will find out. Well, when i was monitoring the agent io listened to the entire call but we didnt chevk far enough, and what I thought was going to be a hundred ended uop being a zero as well. Well i told her, and she made this HUGE deal about it, told all the supervisors, including ours, about the mistake I made, and even ended up telling people that I hadn't paid attantion to the call because I was on my cell phone, which was a total lie. So, when she does it its ok, but when i do it ohh nooo. The funny part though, was that she got pretty pissed off when no one got mad at me. Even after that, she would still tell me things like " Don't think you're not gonna get in trouble because you probably still are." Yea no one ever told me anything. Also, she would tell me "If you have a question, no matter how stupid it is, ask me anyway just so you can be sure". Well, I ask her something, and she tell me "Umm, aren't you suppose to know that?" or.."Dont ask me" and other crap like that. Soo.. she tells me to ask her for reassurance, but i get a nasty response if I do? She's also always tellimg me about how now I don't have nay friends at work, and that everyones going to be against me, and how i can't trust anyone. Well it seems that so far she's been the only person I cant trust. She got so mad when on of the agents who happens to be my friend as well, got me a cheesecake. I mean I know its dumb to mention, but ugh..does she really have to be so mad because of that? Anyway theres that...my venting.
