Do you trust your neighbors?

i have neighbors but i really dont trust them, like make them look over your house. its because some of our neighbors, i just dont know who are they, they are thieves at night and in the morning, my neighbors would report missing items in their house. just lately, my neighbor's new clothers are gone and a mountain bike is stolen!
