There is a great site called Shareapic.net, which pays you 22 cents per thousand views of your images! It has a great plan, which is free, that you get unlimited space and bandwidth for your pictures. I have not hosted a picture, yet but soon will do so as I can earn and not have to worry about bandwidth.

Yes, it's free! Just note that they cashout at 10$ , so it will take a long time, and they are in a lawsuit right now, but don't worry they will pay you when the lawsuit is finished if you reach payout.
