Do you Believe in Good Carma?

In my position,if we do good things to
others with honesty help good carma will be
with you.But if you just pretend of help with
no care at all,it turn out bad to you.
Helping them and then laugh at their back
isnt it insolting?Then dont be surprice if
you dont receive any reward from above.
