I think they need more extra help than children with a normal family. Usually they ahve low self esteem and having difficulties to adapt, so they need extra attention and help from the public. They also can perform well and excellent if given opportunity too.

hi, though i have grown my child,i know the orphan children is so miserable, if good parente or single adult will live with him/her, him/her is lucky. when my parent and i watch TV about earthquake yesteryear, my parent said we wanted to adopt an orphan from earthquake,however, i am not enough age to adopt the orphan by myself, the law how to adopt is complex,the orphan need love , health and education, even if foster parent isn't instead of real parent, i believe they can give him/her happy and self confident, welfare institutions also must take care of them gently.
