I hate being single

I hate being single. And some times I hate the town that I live in because I am sure that it is contributing to my inability to find anyone of quality to date. I know I am choosy because I am a single Mom, but I find it horribly depressing that no one seems to be interested in me at all. I often wonder if on some level I am unwilling to find Mr. Right until my kid grows up and because of that I put out a "leave me alone" vibe?? If so I need to smack myself around a bit and get over it. Needless to say, it has all left me feeling a bit depressed.

Personally, being single doesn't bother me at all. But in your case, since you're a single mother, I know it may get a bit bothering sometimes. I saw the movie entitled The Gift. I realized that being a single parent is quite hard.

I can handle the parenting part. My parents help me out a ton. The part I hate is the lack of companionship. I miss just curling up on the coach with someone. Or going for a walk or out to dinner. That sort of thing.

Hey thanks for giving us the link to Badoo. I hope there's a blogging platform there. I'm gonna sign-up later and hope I can find a hot single lady .

I like the word single. Independence is greatly associated with it. There is no need to be depressed, single is not a lonely word, and it never means you are alone.
