I still meet my high school pals regularly cause some of them are still my best friends untill now. But at least once every year, my 12th class having a reunion, usually when my friends who study and work abroad coming back to my hometown. It's such an exciting experience after not talking to them for a year and bringing some updates of how they are doing. The exciting thing about reunion is watching how people grow from time to time, how people can change from what they used to be, and sometimes, you cannot avoid to compare them with yourself in terms of career, love, wealth

yeah that's absolutely true so much changes and we like to find what's new, oh it really must such a good time in the reunion meeting old pals who don't live in the same place anymore, it must be so nice to see them, unfortunately for me, the reunion happens mostly at times when i am not free, it sure must be exciting there though.... yeah we tend to compare ourselves with them when we see whats new in them.

Because I still live in the same town as where I went to school I occassionaly pass a few of my old friends in the street and usually pass pleasantries. But the majority of those who I would have said I hung out with at school I haven't seen since I left nearly 20 years ago.
I often wonder what happened to a few of them and have done quick searches online to see if I can find any info on them but with not much like. Although I am not sure whether I would actually want to see them again and I'm just being inquisitive when I do searches for them.

I haven't had a chance to pass with them as i am away from them. I have here, but they are far from me.
If i am in my hometown i usually go to my high school classmate's house and they also come to our house.
I have a gay friend that dropped by to our house every time i am in my hometown and we talked about our life after school.
Its great to look back the memories we had during those school days.

Yes, the old days were memorable. The high school days of old pals were the most memorable to me. The things have done like copying and giving answers during exams, the cooperation of reviewing and the jokes, teasing, laughing during break time.
I missed too my classmate and close classmate as my friend.
Usually when my gay friend dropped by to our house our talks goes randomly from our life, his love life, work, new acquaintances etc. Laughing is still there when we meet.

I hardly meet any friends from school/university. We work in different states and been really busy. We did contact each others via Facebook, emails and phone but it seem not adequate enough. A friend of mine did mention of small reunion to hang out and chat but it's not done yet. We're too busy. I guess it will take some time before we can meet each others.

well sometimes it had been the same case with me, the school reunions happen right when i am not there, those guys out there sure must have had a nice time meeting each other, living at some place does matter a lot when you want to meet your old school friends.

This july i was back to my home town and stayed almost for one month.
at the time i met some old friends who were my classmates when we were in primary school. it would be back to 20 years ago.
when we met each other, we all said: you changed a lot. if i met you on street i can't recognize you.
it's true. how can expect no changing in 20 years.
however when we were together we still had many topics to talk. just after a while we seemed back to previous life.
i had very bad memory, some details i forgot when my friends mentioned. it's too sad.
when we met we mainly went to restraunt to have meal, then we had karaoke. really crazy life. by the way we had a voleyball game, it was our favorite sport when we were in school.

well, i miss my old school friends a lot as well. but with the changing of my living location, my connection with my old buddies faded a lot and has reduced to a couple emails a month, a bit of chatting here and there. but sadly i dont think i can hang out with them any time soon :(

Hey voldrox.
you know, Actually i came today to start the same discussion what you had started here.
Thanks anyway.. I am very sentimental and emotional when i remember my childhood days. for last 1 week, my full time work is searching my classmates who studied 3rd to 5th(especially) as well as the remaining.
You know, i met some of my friends. i approached them happily that who am i. but they are very bad in memory power. they said yes for everything. but they couldnt recognoise me and some didnt even felt sorry for that.just said, sorry i couldnt rem u.(in a hurry, writing short as well). I just thought a bad word inside my mind about these fellows. doesnt know to value human relationship, especially childhood memories.
Anyway, i got touch with some seniors, they talked with me well and treated with respect. and we all planned to pay the school fees for poor childrens, very sooner.
Even i am happy with this, sametime i am sad that peoples are not same forever. Atleast i believe that my very old pal minu fathima will trust me and come back to me again. i found her and sent a message. she accepted my friends request. but still hadn't started any talks yet!

oh i am sorry for that my friend...
i am sure someday you will meet your good friend minu fathima and have a nice conversation with her. yeah sometimes it does happen that some people don't exactly recall the old memories, but you do seem to have had a very enjoyable time at your school.

Its been less than three days I met a boy who was sitting just behind me in my class and we usually meet because we work in the same city so it is easy for us to see each other though. We talk of old days and sometimes of the beatings we used to get.

no i haven't met any of my old school pals . i just got some information about them through an active schoolmater. Most of them got married and have children now . i even got a friend's blog and knew that she is living quite well in USA.
Yeah sometimes i miss them and it's a pity that i lost the contact with my best
friends in the college.
