Hello Victor. I have the habit to turn off the cell phone before going to sleep. If it is turned on during my sleeping hours, it will interrupt my sleep when it rings. Besides, I have a landphone and the wire is never unplugged. Take care.

I think the best way is to change the cellphone into Xiaolingtong.
my physics professor said he never used cellphone.Xiaolingtong doesn't
have radiation pollution.

Hi Victor, I did read articles that advise cell phone users not to put the cell phone beside them during bedtime. It’s considered to be rather safe if the device is at least a meter away from us if one still insists to put them aside. Yeah, I’m quite afraid of the radiation of the phone might cause bad effect to me. I always switch off the cell phone before going to bed. I then put it in the sitting room Hopefully I could live safely without the bad effect from the radiation of the cell phone
We have a cable phone in the sitting room. My relatives and good friends will call us even at night if they any help urgently in night time. Of course we have to pay extra for the cable phone. Anyway it’s still worthy for we could switch off our phone during bedtime, for we still could keep in touch with others using the cable phone
Take care and happy posting!

I wish you would include what you have read in those articles you are saying. I read it also online that cellphone radiation affects our vital organs. If we keep it close to us, it might affect us. That is why it is advisable to turn off the cellphone whenever we are sleeping or do not keep it near us, however that claims have not been proven yet.

Of course I turn my cellphone on. My bf calls me anytime and I don't want to miss that. It's just that I don't place my cellphone near my head because if I'm not mistaken, the brain cells are the ones affected with this cellphone radiation.
