hiring a maid

would you be willing to hire a maid to come clean your home without having a back ground check? I myself have cleaned houses and have had a live scan, but it seems that people will only have me clean once that's it. even when they say that they are looking for someone to come every week. I'm a trustworthy person that does an amazing job with cleaning and can't seem to figure out why peoplenever want me to come back. would you hire someone without doing a full background check??

I never hire a maid without doing a background check. Good details about a maid is what house owners or employers always looks for.
The only reason I could think of for a maid not to get re-hired is they're unsatisfactory service. No offense fellow lotter but maybe, just maybe though you say you are good at your job but to your former employers, well not enough. Maybe what they're looking for in a maid is not in you.
