Nowadays more and more people are concerned about their health. It is absolutely necessary to take some exercises everyday.Researchs find that getting plenty of exercises make the heart beat faster and the lungs work harder.This strengths the heart,reduce the chances of heart attack,and helps lower blood preasure.That is why more and more people are becoming active in various kinds of activitis and exercises. Medical reasearchers have proved that what people eat affects their health.They advise people to eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat such as breef and pork because meat contains more fat. Getting rid of bad habbits like smoking and drinking alchohol is also an important way to keep health.
