You please get the book 'What women want men to know?' written by Barbara DeAngils. This book is very good and it talks about the issue you mentioned above. You can even search on internet about the book before buying. I got this book as a gift to my husband on our first wedding anniversary. He is reading it once in a while are we have open discussions about many things.
