You can try out deviantart.com, they have lots of pictures and stuffs that you will surely love, and the good thing is its free. You can also download some themes there, even boot screen and log on screen for windows.

It depends what sort of wallpaper you're looking for to be honest. coolwallpaper.com has some decent ones...
