Do You Pay Attention to the Soundtrack?

I wonder that when you watch a movie do you pay attention to the soundtrack? I know there are movies with little music or ones with music that has no words and written specifically for dramatic effect in the movie. But what about the other ones? Sometimes after having watched a movie and I hear a song I will then associate the song with the movie. For example I once watched a television movie with Farrah Faucett that had the song Hungry Like the Wolf in it and now when I hear that song I think of Farrah. I know that movies put these songs in them to make the movie more appealing to the audience and probably to have you remember the movie by hearing a specific song and they may hope that you buy the movie or buy the soundtrack or both. So do you care about or pay any attention to the soundtrack in a movie? What is one of your favorite movie soundtracks of all time?
