I hate people smoking in buses and trains..

Well i hate smoking and dont understand how people get addicted knowing its harmful. Only who want to live today and not cared of tomm are the ones who smoke and makes others harmful.

Even as a smoker i do have to agree with you, i dont like people smoking in real confined spaces its gets too smokey and chokes you out. I do agree with the above poster that smokers should have designated areas to smoke though. You are made to feel like you are disgusting sometimes by non smokers but people forget how much tax we pay on those things ... if smoking didnt exist our goverments would have a hell of a lot less money to put back out into our contry.

i have to agree with this-that they shouldn't,even though i do smoke. there's no reason you can't wait until they have a break in travel or you get to where you're going.a bus is a very enclosed area.

yes jimmy you are right. there is no reason one will not get angry when someone does that, it absolutely is very bad for someone to smoke in the public place, passive smoking is definitely bad and it is hazardous to others health, not only is he hurting himself he is involving others into this and that is bad, in public places like trains there are young children, smoking in public places is really bad and one will only stop doing it unless they have been fined!

smoking is absolutely prohibited in buses and trains....someone can smoke if he wants to but not in a public place.....he has no rite to make others ill by passive smoking.....they should be much much more sensible and realize that they are not alone in this world and there are other people too!!!!!!.....

I totally agree on you.When i take a bus,I sometimes see a smoker ,and the smoke makes me choke.Some people are ignorant of the rule sand orders.

our city has this anti-smoking ordinance, prohibiting smoking in all public areas and vehicles. unfortunately people still smoke wherever they please. am already a non-smoker and just a smell of it makes me puke. and they would even be mad if you ask them to stop smoking.. ignorance of the law i guess..

The way i see it is their should be a place for the smokers to smoke, their rights should not be put away because of the non-smokers. i can see not smoking on a bus, but their should be cars on the train for people to smoke if they want to.
