What is your dream job? Are you doing it right now?

My dream job is to be involved in a training team. I wanted to be one of those people who loves to interact with people, go places, meet new people and culture, learn new things. I always wanted to be heard. I wanted to challenge people for a cause higher than themselves. I wanted to see people reach their dream and usher them to it. I always wanted to celebrate with them. These days, Im into teaching, I'm a partime instrutor in one of a department. I can say somehow that I think teaching college students is not so far from being a part of a training team. But I guess the difference is the topic I'm teaching. My discussion can only be limited with the subject matter assigned to me. And most often than not, sometimes I need to teach topics that I am not passionate enough... really sad for me.
