I personally don't care if he stays retired or goes to another team just as long as its not the Vikings LOL I have been watching the Vikings sense I've been about 6 yrs old, and have always boo'd and hissed at green bay (and the bears) I think it would be too weird to have him on our side. What do you think?

I am NOT happy with his decision to NOT retire and become a Viking! I have been a Vikes fan my entire life(I'm 35) and my 11 and 4 year old daughters are BOTH die hard Vikings fans(even tho we now live in Oklahoma)! And neither of them are happy about it either. I watched part of last weeks game(we didn't get it on television down here so I followed online) and I can NOT describe how WRONG it looked seeing the 4 and "FAVRE" on a Vikings jersey! UGH, He was a good player, I'm not denying his skills, but he's getting OLD and in my mind Favre is and always will be a Packer, he is the epitomy(sp?) of what a Green Bay Packer is!

It would be like former New York Yankees relief pitcher Mariano "Mo" Rivera wearing a Boston Red Sox uniform. Rivera admitted he would never cross that line with the Yankees.

I am upset I wanted him to come back and really have a chance at winning one more superbowl. I love Brett, but I agree him with the Viks wouldn't have been pretty. But I don't count him completely out yet,a QB could get injured somewhere(hopefully not) and he could get a call.

If Brett does not want to wind up seriously hurt during a football game he should seek another line of work.
