What is your best pizza recipe?

I have been experimenting with some different recipes lately. The strangest so far involved frying the pizza on top of the stove without even placing it in an oven. I've tried making Chicago style, but I couldn't make the bottom of the pie flat enough. What's your favorite kind of pizza to make?
