My husband's cell phone holder has been MIA for weeks. I finally gave him mine & just started putting my phone in my pants pocket or purse. Yesterday I was looking for the fish net in the drawer of the buffet where we keep all the fish tank supplies. There in the bottom of the drawer was his phone clip. Do you find things you've lost in strange places?

Stuff like that happens to Hubby and I all the timne. We are the most disorganized people in the world, and can never find anything where it should be. He has the memory of an old guy, and is always loosing things, so it's up to me to REMEMBER where we BOTH lose things. LOL

All the time. And I live alone so I should know where everything is, right? hahaha The thing is I can put things where I know they are and then decide to change where I put them for whatever reason and then forget whatever reason and WHERE it is. I often get sidetracked doing other things and if there is something in my hand, it could end up anywhere.

Everyday it seems I misplace my keys, yet I ALWAYS place them in the same place when I get home (well, almost always). The thing is, I almost always also find them right where they are supposed to be! It seems more like I become temporarily blind, or they become temporarily invisible. It drives me nuts! Maybe I am just going crazy. There are times when I search the house, only to find that they are in my hand, but usually I search the house and find them right where they were supposed to be, right where I looked for them the first time.
One head scratcher that I have yet to figure out...... I once misplaced my watch. Again, I always leave it in the same place. It was gone one day, and missing for weeks. One day while sitting at the computer working, I heard a "thump" behind me. When I turned around, there was my watch sitting in the middle of the floor. Too far away from anything to have fallen off a dresser or shelf. And nobody was home at the time but me. The only explanation I could come up with was it fell from the ceiling (yeah right!). Anyone ever experience anything like THAT?!?!
