I'm starting to get really annoyed at one of my neighbors. I just moved to this neighborhood a couple weeks ago. Its one of those nice little communities with a pool and all the houses look the same yadda yadda yadda... ANYWAY. There is this girl down the street with a HUGE dog which she walks every evening and every evening he takes a GIANT dump on the yard of the house across the street and she doesn't pick it up. EVER. I want to run across the street and be all "Hi I think you need this" and give her a grocery sack to clean the stuff up but I also don't want to be the creepy new neighbor. I mean, its not my yard, right? What would you do at that point? Do I tell her to pick up her crap? I mean, I've never even met her OR the people across the street whose house her dog keeps pooping on. Do I report it to the Homeowners Association? What do I do? I mean, I love dogs but I pick up after my own!
