UPCAT today and tommorow!

Hi guys! I am currently a fourth year high school student, 16 years old and hoping to study on a university which I can have a better future when I graduate.
So, I wanna study in UP(university of the philippines). Today August 1, the first batch of examiners is currently taking the exam. And tommorow, the second batch, including me will take the exam. I know I'm not that brainy, but I am an honor student, I was like, 14th in the class. I can say right now that I am nervous cause they say that its "right minus wrong". And the time pressure, uh, I don't know what to do..
Do you have any tips for the UPCAT exam tomorrow? Is there anyone from UP here?

well good luck to you for your exam tomorrow!
i am not from UP but i also hear about that when i am in high school, its just that i don't get a chance in taking up that exam...and yes i hear to some that its really difficult somehow...but anyway just trust yourself and be confident...don't feel nervous about it and just relax!
the only thing i can advice you upon taking any examination is to relax, have a goodnight sleep, get a good breakfast, and pray! ask for God's blessings and guidance!

Hi.. Thanks for your encouragement! I will do my best to pass the exam. I got a lot of inspiration. If I don't pass, I'll just study in other university. I really wanna study in universities in Manila. I wanna get of out Bulacan. I wanna experience to go to other places too. Thanks for posting and happy myLotting!!!

so you are from bulacan? well its really nice if you can pass that exam...if not, don't loose hope coz there's still lots of good schools around...
me i also dream of studying there but since i don't get the chance, i just study in PUP...well its also nice and tuition and low...but quality of education is also good...

Sunday batch, just like me(2007)! Even though it's right minus wrong, answer all the questions. The English parts are pretty easy, and the math also *surprisingly*. But be careful with the science. I bombed the science part in the UPCAT 2 years ago. lol. The time is not really a problem. Most of the examinees finished the exam way before the examination is finished. Best of luck to you!

This discussion reminds me of the day when I took the UPCAT, many, many years ago. There were around seven students from our school who took the said exam and fortunately, I was the only who passed it. I don't know how I made it. . .. If I take the UPCAT again, I'm sure, I will not make it anymore. . .. Good luck.

Wow! You must be really brainy. Imagine that you are the only one who passed there! Well, I took the exam this day and I found the reading comprehension and the language thing easy, but not math and science, I am not really good at those subjects. I think I will not pass the exam. I have spend most on my days reviewing on this MSA reviewer, but only 2 or three items have shown on the exam. I don't think I would pass the exam but I am happy I had experience..

I hope you did well in the examination.
But you know what your problem was? You posted this discussion too late. And I do hope you did not do the same thing when you prepared for your examination. I mean, I hope you prepared yourself as much as possible before taking the exam. Sometimes, it's not just the IQ level that counts. The preparation (reviews and more reviews) can also spell the difference.

Sorry I am just too busy at school.. I do not really participate here in the discussion. That's why my earning is only at 3.54$ after staying here for like 3 months. But I think I would not pass the exam. But it's ok! I did my best anyway! Thanks for posting here!
