Hello all,
how to accept payment via credit card the person who has to pay me he has some problems with paypal is there any other option for receiving money through credit card?

I would say your friend to send an email to paypal telling them the problem.At one time i was also having some problem with paypal but i contacted them and within 1 days the problem get solved.The problem was that someone hacked my account but not able to change my password so my payppal account is safe.
I dont use alertpay so i dont know about them.
Paypal is the safest way to use payment transfer.
