me i have one, i took one deep breath and pinch my nose, then jump 3x. it cures for me. hehehe :D share yours!

My friend swears that drinking water through a paper towel filter cures them. I always thought he was crazy.

I have one that always work on me and my grandma as a nurse in one hospital use it too.. Drink water 20 times without taking breath while doing it(I mean gulp water until 20.. oh I don't know what's the english and hope you can understand).. or you drink 1 glass (200ml) water without taking breath while doing it. It's simple and works After that, take a deep breath..
