I sent a resume, they contacted me back, and said I had to join a few of the sites they worked with in order to continue with the selection process. One of these sites asked for a credit card number in order to "validate" my identity. Saluta ventures said that my job application would be disregarded if I didn't join this site.
Of course, I chose NOT to join, even if this site (www.centraldesktop.com) contacted me 24 hs later telling me that they were offering me a credit card free trial.
Personally, I think it's a scam, I wouldn't risk it.

I worked for Saluta Ventures for over 5months!! They offer a high salary, and then DONT PAY A CENTTT they start telling you, you did this wrong, you didnt work what you were suppoused to, we are still processing your payment. And after 3 months working I only received USD100, when I was promised USD3500 a month.
TOTAL SCAM!!!!

I'm actually toying with the idea of applying for employment, just so I can give a first person review pf the business. I'm just not sure I want to submit a resume, since it has so much personal info. Getting resumes seems like the perfect way to steal identity. Fortunaely, I have no credit rating and no money, so they would be disappointed! What do you guys think?

That's a good idea, as far as I know, you could request another way for personal verification if you don't have credit card. Just prepare yourself if after three weeks of training they would choose not to pay you or not to hire you. I heard a story from my fellow Filipino, she had trainings and no pay at all. So she wasted her time:( In my case I want to wait for more feedback, those who had tried or been part of that company. Anyway, I think the company is continous hiring and you can apply anytime. Thanks a lot! happy myloting.

Hi! I sent my resume at Saluta Ventures and I was chosen to be part of the team but first I had a test period. After I passed the exam period I received a contract that contained many inconvenient conditions for an employee. The employee was paid at 2 months, the company can terminate the contract with you anytime and without announce you and explain to you. These things was based on the fact you don't do your job corectly. So you can work two months for nothing because is very possible to not receive your money. That's why I renounced this job because I had no warranty.
